Welcome to Meri Last Wish ("the Platform", "Service", accessible via merilastwish.in). By registering an account, completing payment, or submitting a final wish on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue platform access immediately.
✍️ 2. The Final Message Service & Irrevocable Locking Rule
Meri Last Wish provides a dedicated, distraction-free digital canvas to draft your solemn message, instructions, and list an emergency contact for designated loved ones:
- One-Time Writing Privilege: Access to the Canvas editor is granted upon payment of the one-time access fee.
- Irrevocable Permanent Locking: When you press "Save & Exit" and confirm the warning prompt, your wish is permanently locked by our server. Under no circumstances can the text be modified, edited, or reopened from the user dashboard once locked.
- Government ID Verification: Users are required to upload a valid government-recognized identification document (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) to verify authenticity.
💳 3. Canvas Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Access Fee: The platform charges a nominal one-time fee (in INR) to cover cryptographic vaulting, storage maintenance, and emergency protocols.
- Non-Refundable After Unlock: Due to the automated cryptographic allocation of storage immediately upon payment verification, access fees are non-refundable once the Canvas has been unlocked.
🎁 4. Referral Program & Wallet Withdrawals
- Welcome Bonus: Users who register via a verified referral link receive a sign-up credit in their wallet.
- Referral Reward Qualification: To protect against automated bot creation, the referral reward is officially credited to the referrer when the invited user completes the Canvas access fee payment.
- Withdrawal Threshold: Users may submit a manual payout request once their verified wallet balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold (e.g. ₹50.00).
- Manual Payouts: Withdrawals are processed manually by administrators to the user's registered UPI ID or Indian bank account within 24 to 72 business hours.
- Anti-Abuse Clause: Creating self-referrals, automated script registrations, or fraudulent duplicate accounts will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.

Users agree not to use the Canvas editor for defamatory material, hate speech, unlawful incitement, or false distress signals. Meri Last Wish serves as a secure messaging repository and does not substitute for registered legal probate wills unless executed under the statutory provisions of applicable succession laws.
